Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. This period extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, request a return from your account page or contact us at nyomai2025@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: Custom or personalised items (made to your specific design or specifications) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Eligibility (for damaged/defective items only):

To be eligible for a return due to damage or printing defects, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused

• In its original packaging

• With tags still attached

• Reported within 14 days of delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, contact us at nyomai2025@gmail.com with:

• A clear photo of the item and the defect

• Your order number

Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

• Each product is made specifically for you when you place your order, which is why we cannot accept general returns or exchanges.
